Version 1.4.0.6 for Storm will not work at all

My app was working perfectly fine but I just downloaded the latest beta update now it wont work at all. I have downloaded and erased it 3 or 4 times but when I open it all that comes up are the buttons at the bottom and a white screen. Please help.

I tried that it didn't work. Any other suggestions I just replaced my phone and that didn't fix the problem either

What you did should be enough, but to make sure you can check the application modules to see that everything in uninstalled before reinstalling. To do this, from your home screen go to Options>Advanced Options>Applications click on the menu and then on "modules". Make sure to delete a module called bISM, and see if there are any called iSMS, iSMC, or iSMB. Delete those as well. Then reinstall from the website.
